Current status
The launch cart is a local comparison tool. Joining the first-access list does not create an order, reserve inventory, charge a card, or guarantee a launch allocation.
Before commerce is enabled
- A courier and COD collection route must be contracted and tested.
- Shipping zones, dispatch time, packaging weight, and delivery estimates must be verified.
- The return window, condition rules, damaged-item evidence, refund timing, and support channel must be approved.
- A complete test order, cancellation, return, refund, and customer-notification loop must pass.
Intended direction
The working concept is clear checkout pricing, honest dispatch estimates, an accessible support path, and a seven-day return window where legally and operationally appropriate. This is not an active offer until the final policy is published at launch.
