Field guide / Wash day

A routine you can repeat.

This guidance is intentionally general until the final product, dosage, cautions, and material specifications are verified. The production label will always be authoritative.

  1. 01

    Start in shade

    Work on a cool surface where water and product are less likely to dry before you rinse.

  2. 02

    Move loose grit

    Rinse the surface thoroughly before contact. Pay attention to lower panels and wheel-adjacent areas.

  3. 03

    Use the verified dosage

    The final DeGrime dosage will be published only after supplier verification. Follow the finished label—not a concept mockup.

  4. 04

    Work top to bottom

    Clean one manageable area at a time and keep the surface wet. Do not let wash solution dry on the panel.

  5. 05

    Rinse completely

    Remove remaining wash solution and inspect seams, mirrors, handles, and lower panels.

  6. 06

    Finish with a clean tool

    Use a clean finishing cloth appropriate to the verified product and surface. Stop if grit transfers to it.
